The fresh and light Beauty Spa area in the beautiful Pferdestall (horse-stable) is equipped with two saunas, mood showers and a luxurious rustic relax room, offering everything for a perfect recreation.

Here you will also find a range of Ayurveda treatments like Padabhyanga (feet massage) or Mukabhyange (head massage). Boule in the Park

Castle Park
The big castle park is directly connected to the natural beach of the Baltic Sea with the fantastic lime tree alley which was planted in 1745. Dozens of impressing tree giants, especially the 100 years old pear tree which is still bearing fruits, make the park to a beautiful nature experience.
Exhibition – Sculpture Gallery
In the park of the manor Schlossgut Gross Schwansee you will be fascinated by one of the most beautiful sculpture exhibitions of the North from April to October. The exibits “Soul Stones” (“Beseelte Steine”) of the Sculpture Gallery Sylt will send you on a mental trip to the African Simbabwe. With the installation of granite, opal stones and black serpentine or spring stone the African artists have created an exciting dialogue between Nordic nature and exotic culture.
Swimming Pond
Corresponding to the centuries-old castle pond we opened in Summer 2010 an environmentally friendly swimming pond. Its water will be cleaned naturally by a gravel filter.
Bike Rental
You can rent one of our 35 bicycles. We offer bikes in all sizes, from the small kids’ bike up to the big sporty one for the grown-ups. (7 Euros a day)
The Baltic Sea and its Natural Beach
The nearly untouched natural Baltic Sea beach of the Schlossgut Gross Schwansee is a wild romantic place with giant foundlings, bright orange sea buckthorn, fantastic tree sculptures, a nature reserve forest and steep cliffs.
Hiking and Jogging Paths
Starting at the Schlossgut Gross Schwansee you will find different well prepared paths in all directions: Along the natural beach to the Priwall and then with the ferry to Travemunde, or the other direction along the steep cliffs to Brook or through the fresh and cool air of the nature reserve forests.
